Originally known as Penridge Real Estate, the company was founded by the Penridge Family over 60 years ago. In 1999 the company decided to focus its expertise on the Commercial property arm of its business and Penridge Commercial was formed.

In 2009 the Company was purchased by Laura Ots, a valuable member of the firm for over 18 years. Ms Ots, takes a full time role in the day to day operations of the Company. A philosophy of personal service is the key to our success.

The decision to change the Company name to Cairns Commercial Property is underpinned by the demand to appeal to a new generation of investor and enhance our on-line profile. We aim to achieve a modern outlook whilst still maintaining a strong and dependable real estate service to our loyal clients, some of whom have been with us for over 30 years.

We have an intimate knowledge of the market, a high level of repeat customer business and enjoy a reputation with all levels of business and the Cairns' community for our long established tradition of professionalism, integrity and marketing expertise. We aim to be progressive in our thinking and deliver a comprehensive property management service that maximises occupancy levels, cash flow, tenant retention and capital value.
